I have completed M.Sc., in Microbiology from HNB Garhwal University (2019).  My master’s Project was on the topic “Bio-burden Testing of Pharmaceutical Products” and completed summer training on the topic “Isolation and characterization of motile bacteria from meat source”. I joined the Yenepoya Research Centre in August 2020 as Junior Research Fellow under DST-SYST funded project.

Currently, I am working on a DST-SYST funded project under the guidance of Dr. Rajesh P. Shastry and Co-Supervised by Dr. K. Sudhakaraprasad and Dr. Mithun H. K. My research is focused on Designing and fabrication of micro-fluidic paper chip for the early detection of neonatal sepsis.
