Center for Systems Biology and Molecular Medicine (CSBMM) has been established at Yenepoya University in order to boost OMICs approaches in clinical research. CSBMM is an advanced multidisciplinary research center with state-of-art infrastructure to carry out genomics, proteomics and metabolomics investigations. Using cutting-edge technologies such as Orbitrap Fusion Tribrid and AB Sciex QTRAP 6500 mass spectrometers, scientists at CSBMM are carrying out proteomics methodologies routinely such as in vitro and in vivo labeling strategies, phosphoproteomics and body fluid proteomics to study cellular signaling pathways in various cancers and infectious diseases.
